MISSION STATEMENT OF RMRA: To promote the business of financial adjustment, repossession, and location of persons and property (the “Profession”). To educate the financial industry regarding the services, benefits, advancements, improvements and valuable contributions of the Profession. To educate and promote adherence of all the legal requirements of the Profession so that the public interest is at all times served and protected by those engaged in the Profession. To cooperate with law enforcement agencies engaged in the prosecution of those charged with violation of the criminal laws of the United States or any State or Territory of the United States. To promote cooperation with other groups and associations in the common endeavor to advance the standards of the Profession. To cooperate with all governmental agencies and lawmaking bodies in establishing a uniform standard of conduct throughout the Profession.
